We do not feel it is necessary to take credit card numbers to hold reservations, and we wish to keep it that way. However, for those few clients who may routinely no-show or late-cancel we may have to request a credit card to hold reservations out of respect to our staff.


We welcome groups! It is advised to schedule in advance for parties of 4 or more, please contact our spa management so that we may ensure the best services for you and your party.

We require a credit card to hold all party reservations. You may cancel your party up to 48 hours before the reserved time for a full refund. Last minute cancellations will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total.


If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the total.


Please note that our pricing does not include gratuity. Gratuity is left to your discretion as a reflection of your appreciation for your service.

Ideal year round for any occasion. They may be conveniently purchased at bello, over the phone or online for any dollar amount or service. We regret that they cannot be returned for cash. We can guarantee the price of the service given for one year after the date of purchase, beyond that date the gift recipient is responsible to pay any difference in price.

All of us at bello wish to make our guest’s visit as pleasurable as possible. Please fill out a comment card at the front desk at any time.

return policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your product purchase, you may return them (at least 85% full) within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange or issue store credit.
This does not apply to Vie products.

Please respect other clients by refraining from bringing children who are NOT receiving services into the salon and spa.


Relaxation is our ultimate goal, therefore respect others by silencing your cell phone and electronic devices prior to all appointments.

Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in, changing and relaxation.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, certain treatments are not recommended. Please notify spa staff prior to your appointment.

Many of our spa treatments utilize seaweeds. If you are allergic or sensitive to iodine, please notify our staff so we may assist you in choosing a service that is right for you.
